1. I am experiencing technical difficulties with the website.  What should I do?

Please go through this Customer Service page - it is very comprehensive and has been updated in accordance with Frequently Asked Questions from our members.  If your question remains unanswered, please contact us immediately at desipassion@yahoo.com.  We will respond immediately and either solve the problem or grant a refund.

 

2. I have a question regarding billing.  How can I get it resolved?

Please send your inquiry to billing@billingsupport.com (Subject: hornyindians.com).  Our 24/7/365 Customer Service will quickly respond to your email and resolve issues regarding passwords, cancellations, credits and all other billing inquiries.  You can also have your questions answered at http://billingsupport.com/ or by calling 1-800-893-8871 or 1-310-827-9939 at anytime (day or night)!

 

3. My username / password are not being accepted by the website.  What is going on?

The username / password are case-sensitive.  Please look carefully at the username / password that were emailed to you.  They should be entered in exactly as they appear - all uppercase letters must be typed in uppercase and all lowercase letters must be typed in lowercase.

In the rare occasion that they still don't work, please refresh your username / password and try again.

 

4. Can I get information on the membership that I purchased?  I have forgotten my username / password.  Where can I get this?

Please use the Membership Information Retrieval Form.

You can use the online checking option - it is fast & secure! Or try a different credit card.

 

5. My credit card is not being accepted.  What is going on?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. If you received an error after submitting your signup form, and error message will be displayed, and you are not charged. Approvals and errors are issued by the Banking Network, and are not controlled by us.

 

6. I received a warning message that the page is unsecured

The certificates in your web browser have expired. Many older versions of web browsers have this problem. While a security window will prompt making it appear that the \page is not secure, it is actually a problem within your browser. You can correct this by going at http://www.thawte.com/certs/server/rollover/contents.html.
